Support Worker Roles

It's not easy, and its not for everyone. But as a support worker, the rewards can be so much bigger than the challanges

Our fantastic induction programme and continuing learning and development opportunities help all of aou staff become experts in the field

You'll gain an in-depth knowledge of autism or disability and most importantly, uou'll learn through real experiences and crave your own career in social care.

There is a huge variety of roles on offer, form helping a student make the most of university life to working in the community, in one of our residential or respite homes

Many of those who join us have on previous knowlwdge of the NDIS, autism or support work

What can you expect when join us?

We provide a full one year induction pathway and training programme, regular one to ones, annual appraisals, and the support you need to develop a career in social care. We'll also tailor you learning to make sure you have all the skills you need to support people with autism or those who have a disability. When you join our organization you will be allocated a peer buddy & assigned a learning mentor.
